What are the delivery days and time to my area?
We deliver the orders on first come first bases. If you have set a recurring order with us you are our priority customer.
We do not have any specific day to any areas. Your food box will be delivered any day between Tuesday to Friday only; before 8pm. There are no deliveries available on Monday and Weekends. Your specific day and date of your food box will be emailed to you once we receive your order.
Can I set a recurring order and what if i need to pause or stop it?
You can set a size of the box you like and choose the delivery day you prefer if you are a recurring customer only.
You can pause or stop the recurring order any time with one week prior notice.
Why do I need to have a membership are there any additional fees?
Being a member makes it easy for you to place an order again without spending too much time, there are no fees of any kind to be a member. You also qualify for our special discount and offers from time to time.
Do I need to be home to receive the food?
You do not need to be at home to receive the food. Your box will be left at your door/door man/front office/ common delivery receiving area depending on your facility. Your food is double packed in a cardboard box so you don't need to worry about the food left at the door.
When is my food cooked?
All the food is cook on order bases, so once you order the food is cooked and delivered to you, hence we take 3-5 days of working notice and there are no same or next day deliveries available.
How will I receive my food?
You will receive the food items cold since we cool the food before packing it to ensure the freshness and quality of the food during travel time in any given outside temperature.
What is the type of your cooking style?
All our food is cooked home style with minimum oil, mild- medium spice level, and with the freshest ingredients. All our grains and soaked and raised in a traditional way. No canned grains of any kind are used.
What is the size of each container?
All our containers are 16oz.
How many Rotis/Naan can I add in my box?
For an extra charge you can add any amount you wish to.
How do I store and reheat the meals?
We recommend you to store the food in the freezer and defrost for couple of hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator before you heat it to boiling temperature. All our container are microwaveable.
How soon do I need to consume the meals?
We recommend you to consume the meals within 10 days after you receive it.

Food ingredients and allergies?
Indian food is made of many ingredients and its difficult to specify all of them in our distribution. Please note that the food is cooked in the facility where gluten, nuts and dairy products are used. If you have any allergies please specify it to use before you place and order.
Oil used in food?
We only use vegetable oil in all our food preparations.
Are there any preservatives used in the food?
No, we do not use any preservatives in our food.
