Jashan Catering, functions best when its people follow a few simple rules. By accessing and/or using the Website or Services, you hereby agree to comply with these community rules and that:
you will not use the Website or the Services for any unlawful purpose; customers may not use the Services to engage in
any commercial activities, including, without limitation, raising money; advertising or promoting a product, service, or company; or engaging in any pyramid or other multi-tiered marketing scheme; You will not upload, post, e-mail, transmit, or otherwise make available any User Content that:
is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, or misinformative; infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of

obscene, pornographic, invasive of another’s privacy, or promotes violence; or discloses any sensitive information about another person, including that person’s e-mail address, postal address, phone number, credit card information, or any similar information; You will not access or use the Website to collect any market research for a competing business; You will not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; You will not take any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our technical infrastructure; You will not use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download or scrape data from the Website or Platform, except for Internet search engines (e.g., Google) and non-commercial public archives (e.g., archive.org) that comply with our
robots.txt file; You will not cover, obscure, block, or in any way interfere with any advertisements and/or safety features (e.g., report abuse button) on the Website ; and You will not interfere with or attempt to interrupt the
proper operation of the Website through the use of any virus, device, information collection or transmission mechanism, software or routine, or access or attempt to gain access to any data, files, or passwords through hacking, password or data mining, or any other means.
Please let us know about inappropriate content. If you find something that violates our community guidelines, let us know, and we’ll review it. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to deny you access to the website, or any portion of the Services, without notice, and remove any User Content that does not adhere to these guidelines.
2. Payment
You agree that Jashan Catering may immediately authorize your credit card (or other approved facility) for payment for any charges incurred for your purchase. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your purchase, and you agree to be personally liable for all charges.
3. Ordering and Delivery
Jashan Catering does not deliver to every location, so please check our delivery zone section to see if our Services are available in your area. Please visit the Website on instructions on how it works. Please be aware, however, that because we plan, purchase, and prepare our meals in advance, both the skipping service and cancellation request require advance notice to Jashan Catering, as set forth more specifically on the Website. If you miss these deadlines, you will be responsible for paying the applicable amount.
Jashan Catering uses reliable third-party delivery companies such as UPS to deliver your weekly meals. Each box is carefully packaged to stay fresh until at least 7pm on the day of delivery. However, to maintain the highest
quality and integrity of the meals after delivery, we recommend that you immediately freeze/refrigerate the items when you receive them. Furthermore, you should inspect your package to ensure the contents arrive in a cool, refrigerated condition. If not, you should contact our customer service and check it the food is still good to eat. You are personally responsible to freeze/refrigerate the food properly. If you are not home when a delivery arrives, our delivery person
will leave the package for you at your door. Again, since our food is packaged with insulated liners and dry ice, it will remain cold and fresh until at least 7pm. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is
conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery. In cases in which you have designated an alternative receiver, such person shall accept the meals under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you
accepted the delivery yourself.
In the case of inclement weather, we will deliver your order as soon as reasonably possible when the conditions permit. If your designated delivery location is inaccessible, rendering us unable to make the delivery, we will contact you to determine the best alternate date for the delivery.
4. Copyright
The materials found on the Web Site are protected by United States and other copyright laws, except for works of the United States Government pursuant to 1 U.S.C. Section 105. The selection, arrangement and presentation of all materials (including information in the public domain), and the overall contents of the Web Site are copyright © September 2013. Permission is granted to view and print materials from www.jashancatering.com for the non-commercial purpose of viewing, reading and retaining for reference. Any other copying, distribution, retransmission or modification of information or materials on this site, whether in electronic or hard copy form, without the express prior written permission of Jashan Catering, is strictly prohibited.

Jashan Catering does not make any express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever (including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) with regard to the website, the materials, any products, information or service provided through the website, or any sites listed therein, and the web site will not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any such
transaction. The web site does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in it will be corrected. The web site is provided on an "as is, as available" basis.
